GBI ordered my tofu bud a few weeks ago… I ordered my tofu bud a few weeks ago and had an original shipping date that changed to an earlier date so I would be getting it a lot sooner. On the day it was to be delivered I got a text from the post office saying they sent it back due to an incomplete address. I sent an email to tofubud support and got a response asking me if my address was correct. I responded back saying it was and they confirmed that it was being returned to them and that they would contact the warehouse to send a new one out to me. I received it the other day and had the chance to use it for the first time last night. It works perfectly! I looked at several other tofu presses but kept coming back to this one. The person that worked with me kept in touch making sure that I received my purchase. She even confirmed that I did receive it after getting a notice that it was delivered. More companies need to follow the customer support model that this company is using. I will definitely buy from them again and tell others to do so
