I received the first tofu press VERY… I received the first tofu press VERY quickly but noticed that it arrived damaged. I wrote the customer service representatives after business hours and they got back to me WITHIN TWO HOURS. A replacement was immediately sent out and I couldn't be happier with the kind and helpful support I received.

Totally satisfied with the Tofubud Lanie... I received the press in the afternoon, and my evening meal was a delicious meal featuring cubed and marinated tofu. Great customer service I ordered a tofubud tofu press and it arrived damaged. I contacted customer care and they quickly resolved the issue and sent me a new replacement. I am hopeful this will arive with no problems and i can't wait to start using it.
