GBScam & wont respond to issues Twice I received broken merchandise and now they will not respond to me about a refund or even online store credit even though I've contacted them more than 10 times! I think this place is a scam. Do not use them! I've reported them to the BBB, and they can't even do anything since they aren't a 'real' store.

GBWHERE IS MY ORDER?? IDK 🤷‍♂️ I ordered the towel warmer on February 12th it said typically ships in 3-4 business days. By February 17th it still had not shipped so i sent an email asking for the status of my order. 1 hour later i got an email saying a shipping label had been created. Later i got an email confirming my product was being shipped. On February 25th there still had been no change to the order tracker on usps so i again sent an email asking for a status update on my order. 2 days later i got a response saying it was being shipped from overseas and they had no way of tracking it until it was received by usps. Now it is march 16th and there still is no change on the usps order tracker. I have sent an email everyday for the last 4 days asking for a refund because the product was a gift for my wifes birthday and it has come and past. I still have no response. im probably out $140.

GBSupport 11/10 Experience i got the towel warmer from Ellure for my daughter for her birthday. Unfortunately when her and her boyfriend were transporting it into her dorm, they dropped it down the stairs, it broke. I contacted ellure support not expecting much, but they sent me a new one for free. Absolutely amazing support from a business. Will definitely shop here again.

GBBUYER BEWARE…..I ordered lights for my… BUYER BEWARE…..I ordered lights for my front porch because I was renovating my home. I spent $429.00 and Within 3 months of installation one of the lights I noticed a couple of the LEDs starting flashing like it was going out. Within a couple of weeks the left light is completely out (blown). On August 12,2022 I wrote to Olivia at Ellure and never got a response. I sent another email on Aug. 24th and today is September 8, 2022 and still no response. I’ve called their customer service number and left a message but as of this date no return call. This company is a scam!
