GBBUYER BEWARE…..I ordered lights for my… BUYER BEWARE…..I ordered lights for my front porch because I was renovating my home. I spent $429.00 and Within 3 months of installation one of the lights I noticed a couple of the LEDs starting flashing like it was going out. Within a couple of weeks the left light is completely out (blown). On August 12,2022 I wrote to Olivia at Ellure and never got a response. I sent another email on Aug. 24th and today is September 8, 2022 and still no response. I’ve called their customer service number and left a message but as of this date no return call. This company is a scam!

GBGood deal I found on TikTok I ordered a towel warming bucket from an ad I saw on TikTok. It took 13 days for my order to arrive which was a little disappointing, but they were nice enough to refund the extra costs I paid for expedited shipping due to the delays. The product itself is great, i'm glad I ordered one. Also, customer support was great and I got an email reply within a few hours both times I asked for an update on my package.

GBSCAM. PRODUCT NEVER SHIPPED/RECEIVED/FAKE INFORMATION PROVIDED I placed an order with them since they are a US company. They then said they shipped the item from China - I NEVER received it. I contacted them numerous times, only to receive a fake tracking number. I disputed with my credit card company, and thankfully, received the money back from them, but NEVER from Ellure. They would simply never respond to any of my inquiries.
