THe gentleman that assisted me was … THe gentleman that assisted me was super efficient and took the time for me to search for a serial number, I mean he held the line for a good 5 minutes! most placed make you call back and hold! He was pleasant, reassuring and knowledgeable! Great experience with returns and looking up old equipment and then the specialty ordering dept witithin an hour got back to me!! so great

Prompt service Prompt service, arrived in good condition. Extra good rating because I complained when the really light $8 plastic was listed at $18 for shipping. The bill arrived and I was charged an appropriate $2. Question do you make one which is narrower and tighter so it could be used sideways or upside down and stiil hold a business card?

I really like the quality and selection … I really like the quality and selection of products they have. My issue is with Shipping pricing. I purchased a decorating bag for $3.99. It came in a padded envelope and was charged $18 for shipping. I also was able to get a product Hubert makes but purchased it through Amazon because after shipping was included each of my 6 items were $13 less a piece through Amazon (even though the product shipped to us directly from Hubert).

Love this company!! Love this company!!! Website is easy to use, customer service is excellent and love the return policy. Everything has been hassle free with this company since I started using them. That makes everyone's job less stressful.
