GBMy Tidal Fit swim spa My Tidal Fit swim spa, one month out of warranty from another supplier, broke. Their 'laid back' response, "We'll have to order a new circulation pump from the manufacturer cost £185 plus £180 to fit. We don't know when it will arrive but have booked a provisional visit in ten days time in case the pump has arrived by then." I rang A2b tubs late on Friday afternoon and explained the situation. At eight o'clock on Monday morning two engineers arrived from A2b tested the swim spa and fitted a new heater coil. "Nothing wrong with the pump," they explained. Total cost of the repair £200 including parts and labour. Staggering since I'm in South-Wales and the engineers travelled from Chesterfield. Excellent, honest service from A2b which I cannot fault.

GBThe guys were fantastic that helped… The guys were fantastic that helped moved our hot tub. Both houses we moved too and from were quite difficult access but they were amazing.would highly recommend them and a great price too.

GBThe service was fantastic…. The service was fantastic. Very nice guys that came to deliver my hot tub. Very polite, always safety conscious and careful with the tub. They had a very difficult job to get it where I required it. Many steps and it was heavy. They worked for hours. Couldn’t recommend enough.

GBwe live in Norfolk we live in Norfolk. called to get a price for hot tub re-location as they came recommended by the company we purchased our hot tub from. called to make arrangements and they happened to be in the area that day and our hot tub was collected and relocated within 7 hours of me contacting them. absolutely fantastic service and guys who came to do the move for us were very professional and very helpful. thanks again for fitting us in last minute, we won’t try and do it ourselves again.

GBLuso spas I highly recommend and I must… Luso spas I highly recommend and I must say that I took on the task of changing the pcb board as it was taken out by the monsoon we had earlier in the year. Jay sent the part the very next day and a few months later I changed it. Jay then rang and personally stepped me through the configuration to process so it recognised my tub setup. Can’t sing his praises enough. One very happy customer and more importantly my wife. Thanks Jay customer support of the highest standard.
