GBShipment came to the house undamaged Shipment came to the house undamaged. However, with the tub faucet assembly, item "J" (alignment pin) was missing from the Moen faucet box. This is not the fault of Hausera. However, I would have expected more from Moen.

GBDelta Faucet purchase. I purchased a Delta faucet w/o sprayer attachment not realizing that I could not use my existing sprayer. After receiving the purchase I needed to return and then purchase the faucet with matching side prayer. The sales person on the phone was very friendly and helpful and so we completed the order and within 4 days (over a weekend) I received the replacement and have been very happy with it. It was installed today. The entire process was positive and I will be using Hausera again in the future.

GBPretty perfect Everything went great. Came in a timely fashion. One part showed up a few days late but customer service was awesome and we got it resolved. Highly recommend their services. Plus everything was delivered no damages. Always something to be said for that.

GBI spent $137 for a new hose and nozzle… I spent $137 for a new hose and nozzle for my faucet. You shipped it via UPS. UPS then delivered it to the local USPS last Thursday, 3-26. I have not received it and no one knows where it is. Why don't you choose a carrier who will actually DELIVER the product to the customers door. Now...I am out of $137 and no way to hold anyone accountable, since you provide no option to insure the order.
