5-star Customer Service! I ordered an upscale toilet seat, and it is exactly what we had in mind for our bathroom project. However, one of the hinges had a slight loose feel about it, and I notified Faucet Town of the possible problem. Faucet Town asked for specifics, and a picture of the hinge in question. Without any hesitation, Faucet Town ordered a replacement part from the manufacturer to correct the problem. A+ service!

Wellington faucet from Faucet Town USA I am extremely impressed with this company and the product. The woman who handled my order was fast, efficient and more than willing to go out of her way to find exactly what I was looking for. She said the order would arrive in approximately 4 days and it did! Couldn't believe it. Usually, you are lucky if an order shows up in 10 days to 2 weeks. I would recommend this company to anyone. Great toilet seat, fast shipping. I couldn't be more pleased with the high quality toilet seat I purchased from Faucet Town USA. It has elegant brass trim - a step up from the toilet seat it replaced which had white plastic hinge covers. The toilet seat was promptly sent and arrived in perfect condition. Bad shipping experience My rating reflects the delivery method and condition, not the product. My delivery arrived yesterday with the box mangled and totally open, with half the box just left leaning up against the other half. I haven't yet been able to inspect it thoroughly and am just hoping none of the parts fell out of the box. Wish me luck.

She took the time to ask questions and understand what we needed for our bathroom project. She was thorough in describing everything, down to the handles on the doors.
