GBTrying to figure out the replacement… Trying to figure out the replacement sizes of head pads online was difficult. I made a call to customer service, she was terrific, explained the sizes weren't correct on the website also suggested that I should remove the pads when the spa was not in use. I had no idea, so in the future, I'll certainly remove the pads. I know now, it'll extend the life of them.

GBFirst time Spa owner We attended a blowout sale in Manassas, VA in January. With in a week we had delivery of our spa. Once we had things up and running, I ran into an issue. I was able to find a Facebook group for owners to see if the issue I had was something I could fix. The sales manager that sold us the spa, responded with in an hour to my post. We had a trouble ticket submitted and new parts ordered with a day or two. The warranty work was quickly scheduled with in a week once I received the parts. So far, excellent service, customer service, and product. Folks need to have a real expectation when making a purchase such as this.

GBI ordered two medium replacement head… I ordered two medium replacement head rests with two prongs. One fit perfectly. The other did not fit as the prongs don't match up and we didn't want to force it on and end up snapping the prongs off. I emailed them and they responded quickly asking for several pictures. They said it appears to be out of alignment and their solution is to bend the head rest or squish it together to make it fit on the prongs. I haven't tried that yet because I am worried it will snap off the prongs.

GBVERY very poor customer service VERY very poor customer service. To begin with they sell you a hotub and there's no owner's manual....nothing they don't even have one in print. Ok so after just one year of having the hotub (that we bought brand new) we had to contact Barefoot spa because it stopped heating and it was tripping the ground fault breaker. Barefoot told us it was the control panel that was bad and a new one would cost $380. We got the board from them and the technician that came out told us our board was fine, that it was the heating element that was bad and causing the breaker to trip not the control board. We returned the board to barefoot and and still waiting 3 months later for them to credit us back for it..nothing yet still. DO NOT BUY from these people!!!!
