GBPoor Customer Service I ordered two products from barefoot spas. I had to reach out to them to see when the items were going to be shipped. Had been a while since I ordered the two products and my account was charged immediately but shipment had not occurred. I emailed to see when barefoot spas was going to mail my package. To date I still have not gotten a response. Finally I received a shipment notice that both items were being shipped. When the package arrived, there was only one of the items ordered. I have called barefoot spas customer service number, which no one answered. I left a message on the recording with my order number, name, phone number and the reason for calling. To date I have not received a return call nor have I received my other product that has been paid for.

GBI was late getting home for my… I was late getting home for my appointment and I thought I had missed my scheduled window. I was pleasantly surprised to see that The tech took the initiative to inspect the hot, locate the problem and fix the problem in my absence. Thanks to Carl I’ll be in my hot tub for the holiday!

GBMy order was incomplete because you… My order was incomplete because you were out of spa bright. The problem is that I had to call to find this out rather than getting an email to let me know this. A quick email or text saying the order for spa bright will come later would be helpful

GBA Great Investment The sales staff clearly explained the features of different types of spas. After we made our purchase, the customer support center was able to field questions. The electrician had when installing our hot tub. We’ve used it for six months now and are absolutely delighted with the performance of the tub. It’s easy to operate and very comfortable inside. We are so glad we made this purchase!

GBI ordered a renewal of spa chemicals… I ordered a renewal of spa chemicals and after a month of sitting with simply an order confirmation, I received no shipping notification. I had to reach out to customer service, only to find that half the order was out of stock. I currently have paid in full and received only half my order that I had to track down. Normally it's best practice if an item is out of stock to notify the customer that their delivery will be late or offer an alternative. This isn't the first time I've been disappointed with this company though.
