Great salesman Great salesman. Explained everything thoroughly of exactly what we needed. Very good cost and install by the men who did it. Well worth the price and materials, versus what I could have purchased and repaired or installed myself. Plus, the installer does not use your typical green board water proof sheet rock. He uses actual particle board, (plywood substitute), so there's no need to find wall studs if you needed to put extra safety wall handles. Whatever you order, is exactly what you wanted and/or needed. The greatest thing, however, is if you had to sell your home....the lifetime warranty is transferable to the new owner. That's a great plus. Thanks, you guys!

I called to get a quote on April 25 2024 I called to get a quote on April 25, 2024 and when they asked if they could call me back if we got disconnected, I said no, that I would call them back if we got disconnected. The woman I spoke with said she could not give me a quote or even continue the phone call if I refused to let her call me back upon disconnection, and then she hung up on me... Seriously!!!!

Good product Good product. Enjoying. If you want full tub all at once make sure you have large capacity water heater… but once jets go, water maintains temp. Company stands behind product and installation personnel. Personal professional and knowledgeable. Installer and electrical personnel efficient and neatly complete. Shelf might be better on back side, to avoid getting wet. We enjoy movable shower head extra safety bars..
