Love My Tub My new tub is more than I expected. The walk in door and the spa jets are wonderful for aches and pains. When I have a rough day it is so relaxing. I look forward to my evening bath. Thank you American Standard!

Good product Good product. Enjoying. If you want full tub all at once make sure you have large capacity water heater… but once jets go, water maintains temp. Company stands behind product and installation personnel. Personal professional and knowledgeable. Installer and electrical personnel efficient and neatly complete. Shelf might be better on back side, to avoid getting wet. We enjoy movable shower head extra safety bars..

Having the converse was not taken… Having the converse was not taken lightly.Both my wife and I are both in our mid seventies and possibility of falling getting out of our bath tub weighted heavily. Over the year experience different faucets and find America Standard set a standard I could rely on. Keeping that in the walking was our choice. THANk yOU

We recommend American Standard! I was very comfortable with the American Standard sales rep. He was knowledgeable, with a background that created confidence that he knew what he was talking about. Scheduling was timely, within 2 weeks of when we met with sales. The installation team was amazing. They showed up on time, prepared for the job, and were very respectful of our house and property. When they ran into an issue (old houses frequently have issues), they came up with a plan and executed it. The finished product is very pleasing, exactly what we wanted and better than expected. Overall, we were pleased with American Standard from start to finish. They were not our least expensive option, but they were definitely a good choice.

Great salesman Great salesman. Explained everything thoroughly of exactly what we needed. Very good cost and install by the men who did it. Well worth the price and materials, versus what I could have purchased and repaired or installed myself. Plus, the installer does not use your typical green board water proof sheet rock. He uses actual particle board, (plywood substitute), so there's no need to find wall studs if you needed to put extra safety wall handles. Whatever you order, is exactly what you wanted and/or needed. The greatest thing, however, is if you had to sell your home....the lifetime warranty is transferable to the new owner.
