GBKnife Merchant is a top notch company Knife Merchant is a top notch company. There was a slight problem with an order I placed for a knife and I called and spoke to David about it. While I had him on the line, I asked if it was too late to change from the petty knife I'd ordered to a Miyabi petty knife. He made it happen and due to the shipping delay on my original order, he gave me a price break on the Miyabi and shipped it via 2 day for free. I plan to return and buy several more Miyabi knives. While my new Miyabi is not the only Japanese knife I own it is the finest knife I've ever used.
