I haven't heard anything about the shipping of my knife (which is meant as a present) and even though it said international shipping would take between 5-10 business days, we are on 13 business days and I have yet to receive a tracking number or anything. A+ customer service I had a glitch with the online checkout but only took one phone call to remedy. The knife I ordered was delivered in short order with an incredible finishing hone on it and was ready to go straight out of the box. The knife was precisely as described in the online store and I could not be more pleased with the quality and attentive customer service. Will absolutely buy my future knives through them.
