DO NOT EVER DO BUSINESS WITH TORRO OFFROAD After reading reviews on here, I feel fortunate I received my tent. I did not receive my 500w electric generator or solar panel. Like others on here, I get no response from emailing the company. I also cannot reach the company by phone and their voicemail is full. I disputed the charge for the products not delivered with my credit card company. If I had to guess, based on my experience with their lack of communication and now their website going offline, Torro went out of business. Even when their site was online and they were replying to my emails, they were very poor at providing updates during the very long production time. Do not order from them, even if they do come back online. The tent is awesome and very high quality. It's too bad that's the only thing they do well.

Covid messed up everything but was… Covid messed up everything but was patient and so was the Torro team. They communicated with me as best they could and delivered my tent about 5 months later. It didn’t have the keys but they expedited them to me within a week. I couldn’t express how grateful I am and I love the tent. Thanks Torro off-road and I’m still expecting my gift for the delays lol!

Amazing product that is built to last… Amazing product that is built to last with only a few teaks to their craftsmanship or quality control that would put this over the top to 5 stars. I don’t know if it’s a small company who are overwhelmed with emails, but sometimes it takes a little bit for them to get back. Service after the sale is very important to me and so far it seems like they’re trying, but just swamped. A couple things didn’t line up correctly with the insulation panels, the controller for the lights failed after a few uses, and the mounting bolts seem to be strong enough but a couple have bent while off road and had them snap off while dismounting with the provided wrench while stowing for the winter. All of these things are being addressed by the company and I’m glad they stand by their product.

Love this tent We bought our Bantam last November. Have only had it out a limited number of times, with winter, but so far, love it. Solid quality. Excellent customer service. Only two areas needed improvements. The locking mechanism to close tent and the mattress. The foam mattress is fairly firm, as most rooftop tents are, so we purchased an additional self inflating pad. But otherwise, absolutely everything has been perfect. The product, for the price, was great. Especially with the additional insulation and awning and built in led lights.

Not one thing didn’t break Not one thing didn’t break. Most importantly the latches that hold it closed. They repeatedly failed. Keys broke. Shocks that push it up failed. Trim fell off. Switch didn’t work for lights. Top warped and sunk traveling through Moab.
