Something to consider for the traveler or event the owner is to see if Outdoorsy could offer travel insurance for RV rentals that are outside of the range of the owner. Considering an RV service call is anywhere from $150-200 for the call I would have gladly paid $100 plus deductible for peace of mind if anything happens out in the road. I know it's not a thing now, but maybe it could be? Maybe offer it as a membership like triple A but for unseen repairs. Food for thought.

GBI love renting both my 2022 Mallard and my Greywolf, 2024 with outdoorsy!!! I love renting my two rvs in this platform we are located in Kissimmee / Orlando location and I rent out a Mallard 2022 and a Greywolf, 2024 they make renting with them so easy and the customers I have met are always so polite and returning customers. They love renting with me through this company and how easy it is. Thank you so much outdoorsy for being such an amazing platform to be able to give customers the most amazing Rv experiences ever.

GBGreat company and service The company does a good job of providing a platform to connector renters with rv/trailer owners. The fees are reasonable in comparison to other such sites and the experience is generally more easy going. If I could provide a piece of constructive criticism, as an owner I regularly receive booking requests or messages while I am away from my PC, but the phone app (at least the iPhone app) does not have a "host" mode that allows me to review the booking request and it can be tricky to get the information pulled up on my mobile browser sometimes. Additionally, I have found that I cannot rely on the message-to-text capability. I have regularly received inquiries or messages from guests that do not show up as a text message on my phone while others do. It would provide a much better experience if this were more consistent.

GBOutdoorsy is GREAT! Outdoorsy has made connecting with potential renters and the actual rental process a breeze. The app is usher friendly. There are certain features that are not available on the app. I feel there should be a disclosure for those aspects stating not available in app. But overall I love Outdoorsy
