GBNo communication I was on vacation in the California desert. I had no service and didn’t receive the email about the payoff for the rtt. By the time I had service again, I received a 2nd email and only had a couple of days left to pay the balance. Some advanced notice would have been great. I thought final payment was due at pickup. I never had any correspondence otherwise. Communication goes a long way.

GBWe need more companies like this. So far, customer service is top-notch. Website is clear and easy to navigate. IO clearly wants to change how the Overland ideal is played.

GBSo far so good So far so good. The bill of lading reported a weight almost double that of the actual RTT. But when i called customer service, they assured me that it was based on the total contents including a pallet and the ladder, so not to worry. The RTT seems great quality; the weight really was my main selling point. Being that tire wear and fuel efficiency become part of the bill. Easy to install, due to the rails being a perfect fit for the boltheads, i didnt need a second hand to fasten to the racks. So far, a very satisfactory experience. Im sure it will provide sufficient cover this weekend on its inaugural camp.

GBCustomer service needs some help I am thankful that there is an option to save money by picking up an RTT locally to save on shipping costs. It would be great if the staff at the pickup site was knowledgeable and friendly.

GBGreat light weight and thin RTT for the cost Although there was a damaged on the box due to 3rd party delivery service, no damaged was seen on the RTT. Everything said on the website was on point. Used it once in Big Bear and had a pleasant time sleeping in the tent. Customer service was great coz I lost the clip for the bungee cord while closing, and Inspired Overland replaced the bungee cord promptly. Looking forward for more adventures with this tent. Might upgrade the mattress eventually to a 3 inch thick mattress.
