GoCamp is customer focused from the start! We rented the van, 'Friday', for a week to travel around the parks in southern Utah. We actually started with a different van, but it was pulled for service ~6 weeks prior to rental. the group at GoCamp was VERY helpful in navigating to a different van for our trip. I appreciated GoCamp's support and process for working with the Van owner. The van and the crew behind the rental were EXCELLENT. Korey was always on the spot with information and willing to answer my many questions. Kathy was our onsite contact, meeting us with the van, going over all the operations, and checking us back in when we returned. Kathy was awesome...very helpful, great communication about the van and a joy to talk to. She was essentially our direct contact from the time we arrived in Vegas until our Uber showed up to take us back to the airport. Kathy was efficient in moving us through the check out/in process! This was our first experience with GoCamp and the #VanLife. We are hooked and ready to book with them again! Thanks to the team. This is a great crew to work with!

Great Experience! Our experience with GoCamp was outstanding. Our family of three decided at the last minute to take a trip from Dallas to Jackson Hole, WY and wanted to make the travel part of the adventure. GoCamp helped us to find a vehicle that would accommodate the three of us, plus our large German Shepherd puppy. We were able to pack food, camping gear, and all of our other must-haves. We lived out of the van for two weeks and had everything that we needed. The process was easy, the people were friendly and helpful, and we will definitely use GoCamp again for our next cross-country adventure!

Want to give James 10 stars for his great services: there're high-quality supplies in the van, detailed preparation for everything, immediately responds to my questions and concerns, plenty information and step by step guides to operate the van, and most of all, warm words and advice when I had a bad situation. It was my first RV trip and I had a memorable story to tell. Cannot wait to have another trip with El Captain!

The lucky van team made everything so… The lucky van team made everything so simple. From the moment we started researching the trip all the way through to returning lucky to his rightful owners everything went without a problem. Lucky was fully equipped. All we needed to do was buy our food. The lucky van team was very responsive and helpful in planning our route. We were first timers and will absolutely do this again. I would recommend this van and go camp to anyone who's interested in the RV experience without the RV ownership responsibilities.
