GBGood customer service GoCamp was very communicative and able to answer any questions I had before booking. I even booked the wrong amount of days and they were able to refund me for that extra day I booked. Very easy to use and work with. I didn’t have any issues come up during my trip or after but the van host was incredible and I can’t say enough great things about this experience! I was nervous after seeing some other van rental companies have bad reviews, but GoCamp was a smooth and pleasant experience all around.

CAGreat all around The van itself was fantastic. But the van owner/manager was also fantastic. We had an issue one night and they were so helpful. Kathy was a pleasure to meet and was really kind and thoughtful about the way things were set up for our family if 4. I am giving 4 stars rather than 5 because some info was missing that would have helped us solve the issue much faster. Actually it would 4.5 stars.

GBGreat Responsiveness Go Camp was very helpful with our sprinter van rental. They were always quick to respond, the lady who showed us around the van was vey helpful. The videos from the van owners was helpful and easy to follow along with, and everything with the van funtioned properly

GBGreat Class B RV The low mileage Wolfchild 4x4 Winnebago Revel was in outstanding shape when we picked it up. Michael, her owner, spent more than an hour explaining everything to us and was courteous and patient throughout the process. We had no problems during the trip, enjoyed the luxury of an RV, and will certainly rent this vehicle again.

GBDissatisfied with the Private Owners I… Dissatisfied with the Private Owners I rented from more than GoCamp as a service, but- this van was not in a good condition to be rented out and GoCamp should ensure that every van owner is more responsible than this. We had problems w battery drain (bad alternator so it never charged), leaky sun roof (which could not be resolved by us thru a whole night of rain), & a toilet that wouldn't flush. I really believe it all could have been avoided had the owner taken better care & interest in the proper operations of their van. Every day we spent time troubleshooting different problems, some safety issues that could cause serious damage to property, some corners cut/lack of proper solutions starting with all the galley drawers opening & slamming on our initial 4 hr drive to Moab. It makes for distracting noise/action while we adjust to navigating a new vehicle.. oh, but also add in the constant whistle of the sunroof.. We paid a lot of money to rent this van as a luxury w its modernizations & amenities but it ended up being a real drag & wasted time/money on our trip. I hope the owners are able to get Maisey in the proper shape before renting her out again, if not maybe they provide a bit more transparency of van's actual condition. All the unexpected issues cost us a lot of time, hassle, energy & stress on our what was supposed to be carefree & fun. Thanks for your understanding.
