DECustomer Service Woes and Trust Erosion I purchased €400 worth of Toncoins with TransferFi last Sunday, hoping for a smooth transaction. However, within a day, I received a notification stating that my wallet number was incorrect. I promptly provided my wallet number again via email. Since then, I've received the same automated response every day: my request will be processed within 24 hours!!! Several days have passed, leaving me feeling uncertain and disappointed by the lack of customer service. The lack of communication and lengthy processing times have greatly shaken my trust in this website. I hope my issue will be resolved soon, but until then, I cannot recommend TransferFi positively. KWCustomer service wait times need to be improved. I Found TransFi online. Started using there services to buy crypto. I Have only used there services for a couple days. I had completed all prompted KYC requirements. I was using there services and was very pleased with my payment options and how quickly my wallet was credited with my purchases and with reasonable fees. I Thought...I had found my new go too website for on and off ramp transactions. However, on one of my transactions it was canceled on their end, and payment was withdrawn from my account with a value of 5K USD. After almost 24hrs I have finally received an email regarding my canceled transaction and started the refund process it took 7 days to get my money back. Although there customer service response times, and refund times need to get better.... I got my money back and will continue to use there services as there payment options are convenient here in East Asia.

THProcessing payments I've used the service for a while, but until recently when I bought ETH, that was taking hours to process. I opened up multiple tickets but no response, until a while later I was contacted by consumer support - and the issue got resolved a few days later.
