I had a previous excellent experience… I had a previous excellent experience with Anderson Carpet but Chris and Bill hit it out of the park! I made a measurement mistake and when they arrived to lay the carpet it was too big by several feet. Without a complaint they took it back to the warehouse, recut it, rebound it and gave me rebound extra pieces. They were actually cheerful!!!! Made my day!! They are the best.

Flooring & Installation We had hardwood flooring installed in living room. We are very pleased with quality of flooring and excellent installation. We also had linoleum installed in bathroom. The flooring is very difficult to clean. The installation was extremely poor. Many bumps, demarcations and uneveness due to grout type leveler that was placed underneath to supposedly make the floor smooth.

The crew that installed our dining room… The crew that installed our dining room wood floor arrived promptly and cleaned up after themselves and did an excellent job , as did the crew that installed the carpeting and pad in our master bedroom.

the round carpet is flat on some sides … the round carpet is flat on some sides and we will need to turn it so that the roundest part will be in the most visible area of the floor. the largest carpet in the great room is 7" from the wall on one end and 4 " from on the other. this will also need to be corrected as the line of carpet is narrowing as it moves down the room.

Installers cleaned up after themselves very well and we got a call the day of installation asking if we were satisfied. Great experience and we are already planning on going back! Thank you!
