Definitely exceeded our expectations!!! This is one of the best retail experiences we’ve ever had. Everybody and Anderson worked together to make sure that we were satisfied, and our needs met. Pricing was good on the hardwood that we wanted, even better than we could get on the Internet. There was a local place that was a little less expensive, but the trust that I felt for Anderson made the tiny difference well worth it.

My experience in the show room was… My experience in the show room was great. Very attentive and product knowledgeable. The in home measurement went smoothly. I love the carpet. It looks great in my home. The installer team needs more training on customer relations and being responsive to the homeowner. Overall a very good experience.

Not the best experience... While some tried to make the problems right, one employee in particular (and he knows who he is) had an attitude that bordered on rude while working in my home trying to correct the issues. We should not have had to deal with that.

I had a previous excellent experience… I had a previous excellent experience with Anderson Carpet but Chris and Bill hit it out of the park! I made a measurement mistake and when they arrived to lay the carpet it was too big by several feet. Without a complaint they took it back to the warehouse, recut it, rebound it and gave me rebound extra pieces. They were actually cheerful!!!! Made my day!! They are the best.

Great products and people, perfect install! Great products, both carpeting and LVP, we had 1500 square feet of condo completely done by them. Workmanship is outstanding! Not a trim piece missed or a tack strip exposed. Finishing quarter-round we used was perfect also. Great staff, what they said, they did. Recommended without reservation!
