CAResolved my issue in no time I realized my credit card was double charged for a transcript and Vanessa Almodovar was awesome! She was responsive, assured me that she'd look into it and keep me up to date throughout the 2 days it took to remove the charge. I find it rare that companies are willing to take the time to be proactive about where your issue stands and I'm thrilled that GMR was willing to go that extra mile. GBGreat Company & Service! My office uses GMR Transcription pretty often and they are on top of their game. If there is ever an issue they are always accessible and follow up rather quickly. For the most part, we always receive our transcripts rather fast, often before their estimated time of arrival.

GBMixed results Translating from English to Spanish: extremely poor. Our client decided to do it themselves after receiving the translation from GMR. Deadlines: Vaires. Had a job that the transcriptionist couldn't finish by their EOD on a Friday with the due date of Friday. They sent an email stating that they couldn't finish and will continue working on it Monday. Anyother business you work till it gets done to meet deadlines! Quality: For simple transcription work the cost is good and process is acceptable.

GBDisappointed This Time I have generally been very pleased with your service. However, with the latest file I sent to be transcribed, I received a message that it was difficult to hear the speaker. I understood that, because it was in a large meeting room. I had placed the recorder near the podium, but I was willing to pay more due to the less than ideal circumstances. Yet with the transcription I received, about every 10th word was marked inaudible. I went back and listened to the recording and was able to transcribe it myself. And in only about three places did I have to back up and try again. Also, I found that the words that were transcribed were not always very accurate. Hope you can do better next time.

NZOverall the transcription service worked well, and with positive results The work was done promptly, and good quality. There was some confusion over the billing process, which made things a little complicated, but we received helpful input from GMR Management, and the matter was quickly resolved.
