They provided excellent customer service when I was in a pinch and needed quick transcriptions done. GMR was able to keep in touch and provide tech support to me during a time I needed several "rush" transcriptions done. Without their help (over a weekend of all times) my company wouldn't have been able to catch up on the mountain of work we had accumulated. The transcripts delivered were accurate and ready to be turned into soundbite scripts.

Couldn't be more impressed. I sent 8 chapters of the interviews for a book. The interviews were done in two days. They were not punctuated by me, just very rough. They came back from GMR with proper punctuation, sentencing, and paragraphs. Quotation marks were correct. Ums and ahs gone. GMR's performance was far better than my highest expectation!!!

Does a great job transcribing several documents a week for us. We are a college that has to provide accommodations for deaf students. We send this company recordings that are online and ask them to transcribe them for our deaf students. Often we want one day service. They always deliver timely, well done transcripts at a reasonable price. We will definitely continue to use them in future semesters

Resolved my issue in no time I realized my credit card was double charged for a transcript and Vanessa Almodovar was awesome! She was responsive, assured me that she'd look into it and keep me up to date throughout the 2 days it took to remove the charge. I find it rare that companies are willing to take the time to be proactive about where your issue stands and I'm thrilled that GMR was willing to go that extra mile. I highly recommend GMR for its services.

wish I'd found them sooner I don't see how a transcription service can be any better. so far everything has worked exactly as advertised, prices are reasonable, and transcriptions so far have been very accurate. Love the website interface. A huge time saver for me - I'll be using them a lot more in the future!
