GBTake your money, don't deliver, shocking customer service. I placed a large order in February. After a week I was told it had been shipped. After 3 weeks I had received nothing so I told them I wanted to cancel the order. They then dispatched about 1/3 of the order. This arrived a week later and was ok. The prices are cheap so it was what I was expecting. I then chased the rest of the order which had not arrived and tried to cancel that. Again they said it had just been dispatched. However, when the parcel arrived it only contained 1 item plus 2 free gifts. When I pointed this out I was told that the items were out of stock (!!!) and I could choose something else. I asked for a refund which they agreed to but never gave. Around 8 weeks after my original order (when they took payment in full) I got a refund for the undelivered items through my credit card provider - however this took lots of emails to sort out due to Bebehanna's time-wasting and delaying tactics. And they are now bombarding me with messages to buy more stuff even though I have unsubscribed.

GBscam I ordered several dresses from bebehanna.com and it took a long time to get them delivered. In the end, not everything I ordered was delivered. Two of the items delivered did not match the size of my order. One thing of terrible quality made of polyester, although the website says it is 100% cotton. I have been trying for 3 weeks now to claim a refund for the undelivered item and get a retern label for the clothes that do not match my order. Customer service is ignoring my questions for a refund. I have contacted my bank and initiated a dispute.
