Take your money, don't deliver, shocking customer service. I placed a large order in February. After a week I was told it had been shipped. After 3 weeks I had received nothing so I told them I wanted to cancel the order. They then dispatched about 1/3 of the order. This arrived a week later and was ok. The prices are cheap so it was what I was expecting. I then chased the rest of the order which had not arrived and tried to cancel that. Again they said it had just been dispatched. However, when the parcel arrived it only contained 1 item plus 2 free gifts. When I pointed this out I was told that the items were out of stock (!!!) and I could choose something else. I asked for a refund which they agreed to but never gave. Around 8 weeks after my original order (when they took payment in full) I got a refund for the undelivered items through my credit card provider - however this took lots of emails to sort out due to Bebehanna's time-wasting and delaying tactics. And they are now bombarding me with messages to buy more stuff even though I have unsubscribed.

Great experience shopping at this… Great experience shopping at this store. The dresses are beautiful and the customer service was excellent. I would have given 5 stars if there were more frequent sales or discounts available.

Absolute scam Absolute scam. Did receive order but not what i ordered. Items shown on the website has nothing to do with what i received. zero quality. They are showing you a nice looking pictures but that is not what they actually look like. Be aware and dont purchase anything from this company.

Comfortable and cute The fabric used for the dresses is of exceptional quality. It's soft, breathable, and holds up well wash after wash. I'm impressed by how durable these dresses are!
