Talked to an associate named Juan who was very helpful and provided me with information that was very useful. Decided to go with the CRX from media bros . It took the smoke out of the product and so far have had successful results . Still trying to dial it in but so far so good .thanks again for the recommendation.

It’s all about the money.... We are a small business just getting started. We’ve spent $4,000 in 3 weeks. We need to buy another two pumps and would be spending another $3500 on them. So as a small businesswoman, I called in and asked if they had any specials, savings, or discounts for minority businesses, shipping discounts, or ANYTHING-and Alan said no but he’d ask his manager. He called me back and said the manager said no as well. Way to support the little guys-women actually! They charge $300/hour for their help, charging $3,500 per person for a class-yet won’t work with anyone to help them succeed as well. It’s disheartening in the least.

Great experience Friendly staff and they were really responsive and quick to answer any questions I had. Walked me through the process for a maintenance job on a pump that needed attention. They're straight forward and overall a good experience.

Answered all my questions about the… Answered all my questions about the vacuum pump I ordered. I'll do a full review on the produce once I get to use it in the field. Edit: 11/29/20 The pump did phenomenal on a double hose set up I have. New inside and outside unit was installed and pumped down to 80 microns in 7 minutes and held below 100. I did swap out the main fitting for a 3/8 flare fitting. My setup is... xtractor 12 cfm pump, appion 3/8 speed Y and 2 1/2" appion vacuum hoses. Super impressed. Great product.
