Moe is great Moe is great. I have spoken with many online sewing machine dealers. I had a hard time buying into the BS most of them spew. It was not like this at Jacksew! Moe did exactly as he said would. My machine arrived on time. There were no EXTRA delivery charges at the last minute. Every communication was pleasant and cheerful. This has been not only a good experience for buying a sewing machine....but probably one of my most pleasant and enjoyable online shopping experience....period. I absolutely mean these words too! Just cant say enough positive things here. Forget the others (goldstar is terrible) and go here first. Bryan

customer service customer service. it would appear that there is no finished "owner's manual", or "user manual" just mimeographed pages, so consew needs to complete those. jacksew did help with all the printed information that they had access to, which helped tremendously. there is also reference to several videos. these really helped when using the written instructions got a little confusing. i think this machine will be great.

Fantastic company Fantastic company. I am a hobbyist sewer, so I lack a lot of experience. Jacksew helped me through issues that I thought were machine issues but were actually user error. The gentleman who provided me help through video call was professional and extremely helpful. I cannot recommend this company enough!

Mr.Chuck is the worst. I had a really bad experience. I had a bad experience. I bought a table and stand but the stand was bent. I reported a complaint with a picture to change it for new one but they rejected it and kept saying that it is new there is nothing wrong with it. and they forced to me fix it and buy a hammer. I completely couldn't understand. I bought a new one, but they sent me defective product and kept saying that completely Unintelligible thing. It was terrible how they treated a customer. Further they asked me my nationality and ridiculed because of my accent. I felt so miserable. His name is Chuck. I never suggest using the services of Jacksew.
