I recently purchased a Yamata and my… I recently purchased a Yamata and my husband was able to set it up. I used it for a week and I ran the machine without material under it (new to industrial machines and using a walking foot) in which the thread caught around the bobbin and locked the machine up. I called Mo and he had me bring my machine back to the shop when I returned to the Clearwater area. Mo took the bobbin area apart in front of my husband and explained what I did and how to repair. After he fixed the machine he showed me a few others things about the machine to help in in my learning process. I am wowed by this type of customer service.
