E-print may not be instant I occasionally order e-print music for my church choir and find this site more unwieldy than others. This week I needed a piece right away but ran into technical difficulties as I attempted to view my music. The customer service person I spoke with was professional but was unable to remedy the problem. Fortunately the issue was resolved the next day, but this completely negates the advantage of e-print. I have confidence that JW Pepper will always come through with a solution, but the process shouldn’t have to come to this and delay the purchaser’s ability to use the music that has already been paid for.

Easy search Search was easy. Would like to see more than one selection to review to ensure music is not too difficult for my level. Maybe a list of selections as well

Great website with a huge selection. Love the layout of website and the huge selection, but it seems kind of buggy. Whenever I would select a piece to put in cart, it would take about 15-20 seconds for the website to register the clicks. Also, it says that carts will be saved if you’re logged into your profile. What it SHOULD say, is that you can save your carts by selecting “Save Online Cart”.

Prompt in preparation and shipping The people were very prompt in getting the order ready and to ship to me. The music came very quickly. I didn’t see a place to put our tax exempt number as we are a nonprofit organization.

I am a music teacher in a school and… I am a music teacher in a school and placed a fairly large order. I had to contact JWPepper THREE times to get the shipping costs correct on the order. This shouldn't happen.
