Because i Got Myself made into a Bruce Lee Bobblehead. Yes Bobbleheads did an Outstanding Job of Making me into a Bruce Lee Bobblehead and Myself and my Family and Friends are very Impressed with There Work we Love it. I payed a huge sum for special requests… I payed a huge sum for special requests and unlimited proofs. They didn’t put the Name on the base that I asked and the size was half the size I payed and requested. Utterly disappointed. I will use another company next time. They told me that even though I ordered the 16 inch size, bc it was a sitting pose it would be more like 12 inches. It is 7-8 inches. This is a huge difference for paying the extra money for so many mistakes. Never again!!!😖😡😖

Great likeness overall, misleading extra costs The doll itself is quite good with likeness and I am generally very happy with it. Communication was pretty difficult as I was having to repeat the same request several times which caused significant delay. In the end I agreed just to have it here for Christmas and painted on some details myself at home. The head isn't centred which I mentioned before it got sent out and so rests on a tilted side. I purchased this from Groupon where it states larger items such as a guitar are subject to fee, but on the site I had to pay £10 for glasses which are essentially just painted on so that was a huge disappointment at that cost. Also delivery was mentioned as being £9.99 for a single custom, however on site this jumps up to around £25ish.

STAY AWAY I echo the previous reviews made on this website. This company love to charge you through the nose for absolutely nothing I paid a premium for the right for unlimited proofing of the doll they were making, which was supposed to be an anniversary present. I accepted the clay mould, but the painted product was awful. The eyebrows were uneven, the facial colour was unrealistic and pasty, so I asked them to rework it. They wanted to charge me $60 to do this. Cut a long story short, they whacked on some glasses and changed nothing else that I had complained about, so I demanded a refund. They flatly refused. Your consumer rights mean nothing here, STAY AWAY!
