Gave them a call and spoke to Connor (the salesman) who was very helpful and quick to get us a price after explaining our situation. Cannot fault the whole process - no nonsense and very quick service! The doors themselves look great. Thank you to Connor and Alpine for your help, would recommend to anyone.

Dreadful experience Dreadful experience. We ordered patio doors from them last year and paid in full (big mistake). They failed to deliver on 7 separate occasions with reasons such as machine breakdown, faulty powder coating and an operations manager who had overbooked fittings. When they did eventually turn up, two doors fell out of the frame during fitting and smashed on the patio. They left the site without tidying up the broken glass and promised to return to refit. They never did and went into liquidation just before Xmas. Then they set a new company under their wives names 6 days later. By writing this review my hope is that no-one else falls into the trap of ordering anything from the Davison/Howells families. Do your research and check companies house before you order.

Do not use this company at all Do not use this company, total waste of time. Invalid Web address, take your deposit, and when cancel the deal, you don't get your deposit back!!!! Need reporting to rouge traders

Excellent product, great customer service. After searching all over looking for a high quality sliding door at a reasonable price I came across Alpine and found information on their new "Super slimline sliding door". the salesman quoted me within a matter of minutes and i ordered the same day as it was the slimmest door I could find at such a good price!! Amazing service, couldn't be happier. 100% would recommend.

Fantastic service from start to finish Fantastic service from start to finish. From ordering them with sales who took the time to understand what I needed. I ordered the AP45 sliding door at a great price. Installation was smooth from when the fitters first arrived until they took me on a walk round of the install and showed me how the doors should be worked. Lastly I would like to mention the customer service team who were very informative and attentive throughout the whole process. Highly recommend.
