I cancelled my Xfinity Mobile last… I cancelled my Xfinity Mobile last week. I can't stand being lied to about incentives I was promised, after I have spent my money to start new service. The Edina Xfinity manager is very stern, hostile and they coverup for each other's dishonesty with customers about false promises. I suggest that you use a voice recorder when doing business with Xfinity Edina. Otherwise, get everything in writing. I will also be cancelling my Nexflix because I can't tolerate doing business with dishonest Xfinity.

Transferring mobile phone service to Xfinity The experience with Xfinity mobile was HORRIBLE!!, it started at about 11:30 a.m. and I was not finished until approximately 4 p.m. we we're transferring from MetroPCS to xfinity mobile phone service with 3 lines, we were unable to get them all done today we still have one more line to try and connect this was the worst experience I have ever had in my life and I am 54 years old. Myself and my husband are left stressed out beyond measure. Our daughter is still without phone service ( she doesn't live at home) we are nervous and worried about her because we can't communicate with her until we figure out getting her phone connected. We have spent the most of today on the phone with you all on what is our day off from work and it was spent with trying to get phone service and still not able to complete the task, we truly regret moving our phone service to xfinity. Just Horrible, Horrible, Horrible!!

I was switched and charged to a high plan internet. My Xfinity number is 8498 3400 5394 1219. I order the 75Mbps internet plan for $19.99 a month. But I was charged $24.99 every month for 150Mbps plan. I didn't order the 150Mbps. If you can't put me back to the 75Mbps plan, please take my name out of the 150Mbps plan. I'm 70 years old low income elderly man. I receive SSI less than $1000 a month. I just wanted to get into the Internet essentials plan but in the end I was tricked into this 150Mbps plan. I know I can't afford it. Thank you.

We canceled our service with Xfinity on… We canceled our service with Xfinity on April 7th, handed back equipment on April 9th. I just received a bill for April-May, when I called CS REP said our account was still pending cancellation! Took three more calls speaking to not so experienced reps( horrible experience) who did not follow through with what they said, and finally received a call back from Tech support who took care of issues! Horrible experience! Horrible customer support. Goodbye Comcast!
