We canceled our service with Xfinity on… We canceled our service with Xfinity on April 7th, handed back equipment on April 9th. I just received a bill for April-May, when I called CS REP said our account was still pending cancellation! Took three more calls speaking to not so experienced reps( horrible experience) who did not follow through with what they said, and finally received a call back from Tech support who took care of issues! Horrible experience! Horrible customer support. Goodbye Comcast!

Transferring mobile phone service to Xfinity The experience with Xfinity mobile was HORRIBLE!!, it started at about 11:30 a.m. and I was not finished until approximately 4 p.m. we we're transferring from MetroPCS to xfinity mobile phone service with 3 lines, we were unable to get them all done today we still have one more line to try and connect this was the worst experience I have ever had in my life and I am 54 years old. Myself and my husband are left stressed out beyond measure. Our daughter is still without phone service ( she doesn't live at home) we are nervous and worried about her because we can't communicate with her until we figure out getting her phone connected. We have spent the most of today on the phone with you all on what is our day off from work and it was spent with trying to get phone service and still not able to complete the task, we truly regret moving our phone service to xfinity. Just Horrible, Horrible, Horrible!!

I have had xfinity for years I have had xfinity for years. Cable always sucked. Didn't have problems with Internet until the past year. Now as of 2024 it is horrible. I pay for 800 MBS I average 250. I swapped MODEMS twice. NO BETTER

AVOID XFINITY AT ALL COST My email was hacked and I received an extortion demand to retrieve my inbox and sent folders plus the hacker took my Facebook pages down. I contacted Xfinity and their level of incompetency and lack of concern was appalling. It has been several days and I am still waiting for their security to contact me. Their customer service is offensive. When I threatened to cancel my internet cable and 6 mobile lines I was threatened with a lawsuit. If you are thinking about using Xfinity try another service. They are the worst Bernard Laffer 925 216 4799

I cancel my Account over 30 days ago… I cancel my Account over 30 days ago and still fighting with them to get over $200 dollar credit refunding back to me. There auto answering system is the Worst> There customer service is the worst. They over charge and customer loyal dose not exist. Do not do business with this company!
