No communication and customer service skills You can request the support as many times as you are willing to waste your time doing it. They still will not respond. WORST SELLER+HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

These guys started my paranoia in online shopping These guys started my doubts in online purchasing. Ever since i ordered from them thru reverb.com, i waited 5 days, and they never shipped my boss od-3. Thankfully reverb.com refunded me. But what can't be refunded is the waste of time, and time is money. Screw music toyz.

Illigitament Musictoyz.com doesn't answer any forms of communication, at least for me. I've tried phone calls, Facebook messenger, and email to no avail. Ordered some pickups a week ago and simply wanted a status and tracking number. I feel like my time, money and trust was wasted here. I'll see what happens, but the gross negligence demonstrated by Musictoyz.com is unprofessional and a waste of time for musicians.

Worst online music retailer. Ordered a Fuzz Phrase which the website said was in stock on 4/12. It's 5/7 and haven't had any follow up, item hasn't been delivered. I sent an email to customer service 10 days ago, never got a response. They charged my card the day after my order though. These guys are awful. Will never shop here again. This place is completely unreliable, and if you're a professional musician - just skip the hassle and shop somewhere else. The best part of this experience will be after I have my bank reverse the charge, and get my money back.
