GBLOVE Airsoftmegastore.com I’ve made 4 orders in total and received my orders in 2 days on each order. I had an issue with ordering on my iPhone but called and got it fixed straight away. My orders were correct every time and I received an extra gift (Knee pads, Pistol, Extra ammo, bracelet). I wouldn’t hesitate to order again. I definitely recommend.

GBWhat customer service? Purchased a AR styled rifle for a Christmas present for our grandson beginning of 12/15. He opened Christmas day it fired 3 rounds & quit. After making numerous phone calls I finally spoke with a young lady. She promptly informed me I would receive return information within a few hours. 3 days later the email arrived. The short version, today's date is 03/25/16 the replacement is to ship 03/29/16. If you don't mind 40-60 minute wait times on hold & no response to emails other than automated ones then this is the company to buy from. However, I feel 3 months is a long time for our grandson to wait for his Christmas present!!!!!!!!! Oh, the on-hold message must have been written by a 14 year, it certainly was not written by a responsible adult. Sorry for insulting 14 yr olds.

GUHorrible, horrible customer service. I have done business with Airsoftmegastore roughly once or twice each year for five years. I have been mostly satisfied with the products and the pricing, but I don't know if the company sold or what happened, but Customer Service is now nonexistent. If you buy it and they don't ship it, you can't do anything but dispute it with your credit card company, and that is always a lumpy process. Airsoft does not answer their phone and they have ignored my Customer Service emails. They gave me a tracking number that the Postal Service says is nonsense. I could not be more furious with these people for ruining my son's most important birthday presents. I paid for expedited shipping. What a joke. I will NEVER order anything from them again.

GBStay Away: "Fails to deliver a working product" Stay away from the company. Last time I purchased from airsoft megastore was 8 years ago. The product I received did not work upon opening and I sent an email to solve the problem. The representative took 10 days to read my email and then sent a broken replacement part that they believed would work. Clearly, the part did not work and ended up contacting again. The representative waited until the day after the returns expired(21 days) and told me that I am out of luck. This company is unprofessional and unreliable selling broken airsoft gun and not backing customers on their purchases. I recommend stay away from them.

GBfirst time no go Took a full week to make a shipping label for an order that was "in stock". Non existent customer service. Contact via email was never answered and when you call you will spend a lifetime on hold listening to (I'm assuming the owner) make stupid jokes about their crappy customer service. Given all the other bad reviews here I have little faith that my order will show up to my house intact, if at all at this point.
