horibble customer service No reason to expedite shipping because it will still take 4 or 5 days to process your order. Oh and customer service is a joke. It sounds like it one girl answering the phone after waiting 20 min just to speak to someone always managesbto hang up on you. Don't bother emailing they will not reply. For awhile I thought I got robbed by a fake conpany but 2 weeks later after paying expedite shipping I got my gun

LOVE Airsoftmegastore.com I’ve made 4 orders in total and received my orders in 2 days on each order. I had an issue with ordering on my iPhone but called and got it fixed straight away. My orders were correct every time and I received an extra gift (Knee pads, Pistol, Extra ammo, bracelet). I wouldn’t hesitate to order again. I definitely recommend.

WAY Out of Date items Sold me 3 Enola Gay smoke grenades that where 3yrs. out of date & when I reach out crickets for 4 days until I correspond for a 2nd time which they respond to the positive part of my message ONLY! No where in the description did it say that these items be where out of date and certainly not 3yrs. out of date. I would Love to post screenshots, but do not see a place to do so.

Going downhill fast Ordered from them for some Black Friday deals. Placed order, and several hours later it was cancelled. I called to ask why and I got no answer, just excuses as to why it might have happened. Also in the past few months I've had orders shipped to the wrong address, and was contacted by the person receiving my order, not the Megastore. When I contacted the Megastore, they were completely oblivious to the issue, and offered no solution other than having me ask the receiver to mail me my order.

Very bad customer service and unreliable. ordered a mystery box and the description said customers could choose the gun model but I was never given the option to choose. contacted customer service multiple times and no response. Order said it was shipped with no tracking number!! So i'm basically gonna get something I didn't order if i even get anything!!!!! will never buy from here again
