CAIF you even get your order, its not put together right. I ordered from them on the 1st of this month, they took the money out on the 3rd and now its the 10th and i still haven't heard a thing about my $250 order. The customer service doesnt seem to respond or care about their customers and on top of that, IF and when you get your order (only happened 1/3 orders) the item you get, it wasnt put together right and parts are loose enough to snap off unless you manually tighten everything. HOW THE HELL IS THIS PLACE STILL RUNNING.

GBWhat customer service? Purchased a AR styled rifle for a Christmas present for our grandson beginning of 12/15. He opened Christmas day it fired 3 rounds & quit. After making numerous phone calls I finally spoke with a young lady. She promptly informed me I would receive return information within a few hours. 3 days later the email arrived. The short version, today's date is 03/25/16 the replacement is to ship 03/29/16. If you don't mind 40-60 minute wait times on hold & no response to emails other than automated ones then this is the company to buy from. However, I feel 3 months is a long time for our grandson to wait for his Christmas present!!!!!!!!! Oh, the on-hold message must have been written by a 14 year, it certainly was not written by a responsible adult. Sorry for insulting 14 yr olds.

GBSuper disappointed with this merchant … Super disappointed with this merchant and I have to echo the many customers who got poor or zero customer support. It's a month after my Christmas purchase for my son and I have no response from Megastore. Tried contacting them by phone, email, and their chat system. No one answers. I have zero recourse to fix the issue with the airgun we purchased and it will only cost me additional money to return it. Just not a good company and they definitely do not live up to their claims of providing customer service.

GBNo customer service!! As others have said - ZERO customer service. I ordered a pistol from them, but it came with no instruction manual. ZERO response to multiple emails to their “customer service”. Thanks to independent posters on YouTube i was able to figure out what I needed to know. Do NOT recommend purchasing from these guys!!

GBfirst time no go Took a full week to make a shipping label for an order that was "in stock". Non existent customer service. Contact via email was never answered and when you call you will spend a lifetime on hold listening to (I'm assuming the owner) make stupid jokes about their crappy customer service. Given all the other bad reviews here I have little faith that my order will show up to my house intact, if at all at this point.
