GUHorrible, horrible customer service. I have done business with Airsoftmegastore roughly once or twice each year for five years. I have been mostly satisfied with the products and the pricing, but I don't know if the company sold or what happened, but Customer Service is now nonexistent. If you buy it and they don't ship it, you can't do anything but dispute it with your credit card company, and that is always a lumpy process. Airsoft does not answer their phone and they have ignored my Customer Service emails. They gave me a tracking number that the Postal Service says is nonsense. I could not be more furious with these people for ruining my son's most important birthday presents. I paid for expedited shipping. What a joke. I will NEVER order anything from them again.

CAIF you even get your order, its not put together right. I ordered from them on the 1st of this month, they took the money out on the 3rd and now its the 10th and i still haven't heard a thing about my $250 order. The customer service doesnt seem to respond or care about their customers and on top of that, IF and when you get your order (only happened 1/3 orders) the item you get, it wasnt put together right and parts are loose enough to snap off unless you manually tighten everything. HOW THE HELL IS THIS PLACE STILL RUNNING.

GBWAY Out of Date items Sold me 3 Enola Gay smoke grenades that where 3yrs. out of date & when I reach out crickets for 4 days until I correspond for a 2nd time which they respond to the positive part of my message ONLY! No where in the description did it say that these items be where out of date and certainly not 3yrs. out of date. I would Love to post screenshots, but do not see a place to do so.

GBToo much hassle for a first time customer Was going to buy 3 products from this website, Only to find out my order had been cancelled the day after for no apparent reason. I called them up asking if I can Resubmit the order or atleast get my money back. They told me that the servers had glitched so orders got cancelled and that I couldnt resubmit the order and that I have to call my credit card company to have the payment cleared. Now I have to wait 7 days to get my money back.

GBDON'T BUY HERE - Product broke first day - NO Service - No Refund DON'T BUY HERE. The gun arrived pretty soon. It broke on its first use. We contacted them for the required return information, and sent the gun in for repair. We were given another order number, and have heard nothing for MONTHS. I've tried e-mail, and gotten no reply. I tried calling, and they don't even answer the phone. We have now contacted our credit company to dispute the original charge, and it appears we'll actually get our $140 back. I've never seen ratings so low on any business and want to make sure as few people are hurt by this business's BAD behavior. My son has learned an important lesson - don't buy anything significant from web sites you don't know. AVOID THIS COMPANY.
