GBDON'T BUY HERE - Product broke first day - NO Service - No Refund DON'T BUY HERE. The gun arrived pretty soon. It broke on its first use. We contacted them for the required return information, and sent the gun in for repair. We were given another order number, and have heard nothing for MONTHS. I've tried e-mail, and gotten no reply. I tried calling, and they don't even answer the phone. We have now contacted our credit company to dispute the original charge, and it appears we'll actually get our $140 back. I've never seen ratings so low on any business and want to make sure as few people are hurt by this business's BAD behavior. My son has learned an important lesson - don't buy anything significant from web sites you don't know. AVOID THIS COMPANY.

GBWhat customer service? Purchased a AR styled rifle for a Christmas present for our grandson beginning of 12/15. He opened Christmas day it fired 3 rounds & quit. After making numerous phone calls I finally spoke with a young lady. She promptly informed me I would receive return information within a few hours. 3 days later the email arrived. The short version, today's date is 03/25/16 the replacement is to ship 03/29/16. If you don't mind 40-60 minute wait times on hold & no response to emails other than automated ones then this is the company to buy from. However, I feel 3 months is a long time for our grandson to wait for his Christmas present!!!!!!!!! Oh, the on-hold message must have been written by a 14 year, it certainly was not written by a responsible adult. Sorry for insulting 14 yr olds.

GBStay Away: "Fails to deliver a working product" Stay away from the company. Last time I purchased from airsoft megastore was 8 years ago. The product I received did not work upon opening and I sent an email to solve the problem. The representative took 10 days to read my email and then sent a broken replacement part that they believed would work. Clearly, the part did not work and ended up contacting again. The representative waited until the day after the returns expired(21 days) and told me that I am out of luck. This company is unprofessional and unreliable selling broken airsoft gun and not backing customers on their purchases. I recommend stay away from them.

They are responsive to my inquiries (usually gun questions) and ship FAST. And the pricing is unbelievable, I know now why they have that 125% low price guarantee, it's because they really DO have the lowestprices on most of their stuff. GBSuper disappointed with this merchant … Super disappointed with this merchant and I have to echo the many customers who got poor or zero customer support. It's a month after my Christmas purchase for my son and I have no response from Megastore. Tried contacting them by phone, email, and their chat system. No one answers. I have zero recourse to fix the issue with the airgun we purchased and it will only cost me additional money to return it. Just not a good company and they definitely do not live up to their claims of providing customer service.
