Took over 2 months to get my payment… Took over 2 months to get my payment and did not communicate with me at all. If you are not in a rush to receive payment and love bad customer service and no communication, sell your books here.

Fraud - Beware Update: I finally received payment today, July 2nd. However, I never received any response from company. Fraud! Never received payment. Mailed in $113 worth of books mid March. They sent me an email on April 22nd stating they received my order and I would get payment shortly. Today is now May 14th, I have sent several emails and received no response.Do not trust this website. Update, as of today 6/20/2020 I have still received no response and no payment.

Great experience Great experience! Excellent communication and service. Super easy to send in and just wait for them to receive and process your transaction. Then Boom! Some extra money in your account. It does take some time, but better than just donating your old textbooks to Goodwill! :)

Fraud I sent my books in March and still haven’t received payment. I have emailed them several times. I did get one response and was told they were behind due to covid 19. I was more than understanding. Now I get no response and the customer service phone number doesn’t work.

due to a "technical error," they wanted… due to a "technical error," they wanted to send me my books back. As a professional book reseller, this almost never happens. they only cost me about $100, but it could've been worse. I will not be working with this company again.
