GBMisleading My shopping experience was fine but I think Splash Super Center is misleading. On their Web site they posted free shipping but when I went to check out they charged me an $8 handling fee. Isn't that the same thing? What's the difference between shipping and handling fee? Very deceiving. Watch out for hidden fees.

GBRipped 28 ft round winter pool cover James Turner, We purchased a high quality winter pool cover which ripped during the winter. We took pics of the torn part and sent it to them so we could get a replacement. They wrote us back and said they would not warranty it because the factory said it was not a factory defect. The rip was along the seam only. It would seem to me and others in my family that it is indeed a factory defect. I do believe that someone was educated well beyond their intelligence level. Wish I could have given them zero stars. UPDATE: As of 9/19/19, I have not heard from nor have I been in touch with your customer service team!

GBWhere is my pool cover Where is my pool cover? I ordered last week . Not impresed with your customer service. I needed this cover before I leave for a three week trip. Not happy at all with splash.
