GBI ordered bromine tabs for my hot tub … I ordered bromine tabs for my hot tub from them because the price was very good and the tabs said they had 98% active ingredients. I was disappointed to discover when they arrived that some of the active ingredients was chlorine I don't want chlorine in my hot tub

GBGlorified tarp. Purchased a pool cover from these people. All of this is just a piece of cheap tarp. Just cover did not last one season. Contacted customer service. Customer service will not stand behind you. If you are looking to purchase a pool cover do not purchase it from these people. If anything is defective they will offer you a 20% discount. That is it. They can take their 20% discount and shove it . Go to a real pool place Do not purchase from this company. They are a scam.
