Exploitative monopoly One of those companies who know they can do you over pretty hard because there is no real competition. Getting more expensive every year, more and more things have commercials even if you pay etc. You will also be a big donor to complete clowns like Joe Rogan if you are a subscriber. Im considering finding my old piratehat again. for 10dollars it wasnt worth it, but now, for twice that and WITH ADS, idk.. I can listen to music for free on youtube with an ad-blocker..

Yet another price increase!! Shocked and annoyed at yet another price increase! Doesn’t seem five minutes since the last one!? I use Spotify a lot - however I use barely any of the features. I pick albums I like and create my own playlists and that’s it. I only pay because the adverts absolutely ruin listening experience and infuriate me. Well, another price increase has infuriated me too. It’s not like my wages are going up whilst the cost of everything else is. And there are alternatives to Spotify…! It’s not like money even goes from Spotify to the artists (which is why I still buy physical copies of their records)

SpotaLie I call it SpotaLie - Don't waste your time with this service. The "30 Minutes of Free Music_ they promise after commercials is more like 10-15 at the most. Think you get to listen to your "Liked" songs? Think again, Spotify puts many songs into that list to force you to purchase their "Premium" service. Use another service.

Price increase? Subscription cancelled! I've been a premium subscriber for years and after announcing the latest increase to £11.99 when the audio quality is the same and the mobile/desktop apps are outdated, I said no and cancelled my subscription. I will move to another provider for a better service and same price.
