This phone is not fit for purpose as it develops video corruption via a split screen, and the phone battery overheats constantly. This phone cannot be repaired in the UK, as spare parts are not available in the UK, which means that the phone will have to be sent back to Hong Kong for repair.

LG v20 It lacks a message missed indicator led light. The light is a very convenient and helpful feature and not having it on such an expensive phone is a stupid stupid omission. Also the Indian companies they use as customer support just don't care about your problem or finding the solution. They give you false info just to shine you on.

LG V20 is a very impressive phone that … LG V20 is a very impressive phone that is very underestimated due to lack of marketing and because it hasnt been officially released in the UK. this is the only reason i didnt give 5 stars. killer features include quad dac sound, removable battery, sd card storage, amazing camera and a military grade impact resistance. dont really know what customer service is like as phone hasn't skipped a beat. very happy with it
