GBLG v20 It lacks a message missed indicator led light. The light is a very convenient and helpful feature and not having it on such an expensive phone is a stupid stupid omission. Also the Indian companies they use as customer support just don't care about your problem or finding the solution. They give you false info just to shine you on.

GBAfter a year my Nexus 5X wouldn't turn… After a year my Nexus 5X wouldn't turn on. LG refused to fix it due to 'psychical damage' on the chip. Considering I've never dropped it, never put it in water, and taken very good care of it any damage inside the phone would appear to be caused by poor manufacturing. LG customer services were very irritating and didn't offer any other options.

DKLG G8 Sound and Battery LG G8 Did take several times of loosing on the ground without damage. Sound from the speaker is MUCH better on my 3 years older LG V20. Sound from the headphones also better on the old phone, according to Tidal support LG changed their software so the quad DAC is not supported any more. Might be reinstalled in a future update, if we are lucky. WORSE is the fact that LG is making the phone unusable after 2? years, since it is dangerous and difficult to change the battery. Se "Jerryrigeverything" on YouTube dismantling the phone. This is simply not OK, and there is no reason at all it should be necessary. I do care about longevity and environment.

CAPhone caught fire when charging… Phone caught fire when charging overnight. Damage to my kitchen exceeded $5000. I sent the phone to LG - they said the battery had been disassembled and reassembled! We are seniors who wouldn’t know how to open the phone, let alone tamper with the battery. The only compensation I requested was our insurance deductible ($500). The worst product - if it had not been on a quartz countertop, my home would’ve burnt down. I have just referred the matter to CBC marketplace, but would appreciate any help!
