Wood Trick has sent the products we have… Wood Trick has sent the products we have ordered on time in packaging that kept the products intact and secure. Unfortunately these are Christmas gifts so I cannot comment on how well they were received but I have purchased these for 4 family members and I am very hopiful they will love them

I have the Mars rover. I have the Mars rover. With the Spring motor. I've sanded and lubricated all moving parts with paravan. And there is still too much drag for the motor to run on its own. I think the problem may be between the flat drive here and the 2 gears that are set at 90° off of that, But it could be just an accumulation of all of the moving parts. Is there something I can do to make parts move more freely possibly a different Lubricant?

Customer service questionable I've bought three wood trick puzzles at this point. One was sent to my son (catapult). The next was the geared safe - the one sheet for the front door had the completely wrong part for it. I contacted wood trick via email (only method I could find) and they sent me another sheet with the correct part - I was very happy. Then I bought the pendulum clock. it worked for about a week and one morning I woke up with the weight on the floor. The gear/lever assembly stripped and the weight fell (and broke). I glued the weight back together but the gears are no good. I have been sending them emails for 3 weeks now and have not heard a peep!! No response, comments, anything!!! Very frustrated. Can't get any feedback. At this point I'm not buying anything from them. Their quality control and customer service is lacking!!

The price was also very competitive, and the product (I purchased a make it yourself board game), is high quality and works perfectly. Some of the make it yourself wood toys/games I've purchased from other companies do not fit together properly or function as promised. I highly recommend Woodtrick

Excellent building experience! ( Big Rig ) I am half way through building the big rig. I found that if you pay close attention to detail & develope a careful technique for getting the peices popped out of the plywood sheets & for installing the peices, then you will have an enjoyable time building.I am impressed with the compexity of the big rig. How the pistons & gears work is fun to see.This is my first purchase from WoodTrick & I highly recommend them! I received my purchase quickly.
