GBlack of communication As of August 3rd, still waiting for the Phil Keaggy Master Class. Went from the end of June to the July 15 to first week of august. I totally understand yet am disappointed in the lack of communication from JamPlay on my purchase. Haven't received a single email or communication concerning delays or updates. very sad. Ready to ask for refund. On the plus side the response time for a reference number was very quick. Thank You

GBNo good for absolute beginners As an absolute beginner I found the lessons to be way too complex and kind of dull. For example in lesson 3 there might be 5 new chords with difficult finger positions, then on top of that there will be some extra concept that is mentioned only briefly. The supplemental materials are written in musical notation that does not seem to be explained anywhere on the site. The site itself feels clunky and outdated. There is no structure to the site, you just have to randomly pick a series of videos and then hope that they are kind of OK. I guess there is also a lot of overlap. Cancelling my membership was fairly easy, but I did need to speak to a person in support through their chat app.

GBThe content is a great value, but the navigation is disastrous. I recently took advantage of their Black Friday sale and signed up for a year (about $8/month). For that price, the sheer volume of content is absolutely a bargain. However, the interface and navigation is just atrocious. Absolute train wreck. Nothing is interconnected or organized in intuitive ways, necessitating an inordinate amount of jumping around and searching for what you need. I'm not going to complain too much, for the money I spent, and I feel that I'll get good use out of the service, but if I'd paid full price I'd be reconsidering my purchase. If the wealth of content were interconnected and clickable, as one would expect in 2021, I'd be giving 5 stars rather than 3. Please overhaul your website and user interface, JamPlay. - Hart

DEThey don't replay to emails regarding the money-back-guarantee They write you emails and tell you that you have a 30days-money-back guarantee. I wrote back twice and asked kindly to get back the money because jamplay just was not right for me. They did not reply to my email for the money-back-guarantee (i wrote twice) and sent me an automated email to upsell my payment-plan instead.

GBTerrible user interface and design. Terrible user interface and design. The UI and website design is TERRIBLE. This is a website from the 2000s. Compare this to JTC or another modern online website??? It's insane. I regret paying for this and wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
