GBWould not refund me but charged for a full year with no boxes! Horrible customer service…. Warned me in November my subscription would auto-renew by email… I demanded it be cancelled immediately (after complaining and returning the last two boxes) and asked for a refund for the first January shipment (that came anyway) and spent hours emailing and calling/contacting customer service! My credit card remains charged for nearly $600 and NO BOXES fulfilled and no refund! This was 2 years ago! Such a scam!

GBLoyal to the Crate!!! I have been a subscriber for about a year. I had to pause my membership due to cutting costs during my home purchase process. It was so simple to pause and reactive my membership. There was no hassle or anyone from America’s crate being pushy. I was actually met with congrats and warm wishes on my big event. As a veteran, it’s awesome to see a company helping American businesses and supplying subscribers with homegrown products. Products are amazing! I love getting my crate and being surprised with what’s inside. It’s an exciting experience every month!! Customer service has been phenomenal! I would recommend America’s crate to anyone who loves getting quality goodies!! Thanks for all that you guys do!!! Keep it up!

GBPaid 12 month subscription, got 5. Junk Paid for a 12 month subscription, received 5 of 12 then nothing. No response ever from customer service. And the 5 that arrived were worth about $20 and certainly not $50. Complete scam. The owner/owners should be ashamed of themselves. And probably ripped off the companies that make the products. RUN from this subscription box.

GBAngry American spouse! I have tried to reach out to this company three times now. They owe us a box and a replacement for a broken glass. They brag about the American business we will help, but they are giving themselves and all American owned businesses connected to this company a bad name! They do not care about helping people only taking their money. My husband serves this country and I am angry that the Fathers Day gift that was supposed to be honoring his sacrifice for us has turned to this. This company needs to take care of their customers or refund money and close.

GBGot this as a gift for my boyfriend a… Got this as a gift for my boyfriend a few months back and its fun to see how excited he gets every time the box shows up. The only thing keeping it from being 5 stars was a shipping mix up but the customer service team was super helpful and got it fixed right away. Probably going to order another for my dad's Christmas gift.
