GBPaid 12 month subscription, got 5. Junk Paid for a 12 month subscription, received 5 of 12 then nothing. No response ever from customer service. And the 5 that arrived were worth about $20 and certainly not $50. Complete scam. The owner/owners should be ashamed of themselves. And probably ripped off the companies that make the products. RUN from this subscription box.

GBComplete junk Complete junk. Cannot believe that I paid $75 per box for $20 worth of junk. I am beyond disappointed. This company should be embarrassed, I know I am embarrassed to have given it as a gift. Complete waste of money. They are essentially stealing from people. Definitely not delivering what they promised.

GBI received a couple decent boxes at the… I received a couple decent boxes at the start of our annual subscription and then really terrible boxes with 2-3 measly items, but then stopped completely. We haven’t received 4 of the 12, and they have dropped off the face of the earth. No communication, nothing to the point I feel like the company closed. But now I’m seeing that others have had communication sine my last attempt Nov ‘22, so they’re just outright ignoring me. My original order was May 2021 - and still nothing.

GBAbsolute trash Absolute trash. Bought this for the hubs (2nd time) since they first started and this go around 2020/2021 the items are cheap $ and cheap quality. It's embarrassing watching him open the box and seeing what they put in. Customer service is also trash. IF you get a response, it's rude. They only want to take advantage now which is such a disappointment. What happened to keeping American great? What happened to great American products?
