The customer support was STELLAR The customer support was STELLAR. I accidentally paid with the wrong card and they assisted and provided very thorough instructions in the steps to correct the issue.

Best way to learn to crochet I’m so grateful for the Woobles for helping me teach myself how to crochet last year. It has become a life-saving hobby, and a very important comfort to me. The first thing I ever crocheted was the beginner+ kit of Sebastian the Lion. Even though it was slightly more advanced, the instructions and videos were very clear and helpful every step along the way. Every part of it was so easy and I felt so accomplished after my first project, and encouraged to learn more. My only trouble at the beginning was whenever the yarn would split, so I’m super stoked to see that they’ve began making their own yarn that won’t have the same problem. I always recommend the Woobles to anyone who says they want to learn how to crochet. :)

I got my first woobles crochet kit for… I got my first woobles crochet kit for Fred the dinosaur. While going through the directions they never use the animal i was making. This made it confusing when i had to connect the tail onto it because my piece was significantly different than the piece they were showing. The directions aren’t the best. It’s extremely frustrating, and it shouldn’t be for a beginners kit. They are also way too expensive for it to be this confusing. This kit says it takes 3-8 hours to complete. I’ve been working on it for months.

No way to contact company Extremely disappointed in lack of customer service. No phone number, no live chat to use. Emails don’t get answered and texts (their preferred method for help) go unanswered as well I ordered Christmas presents on Nov 15 and have not gotten any items, nor a response from reaching out last week.
