CAOK customer service I want to keep this very short. After almost a year, I did not receive a CGC book back from Frankie's. Opened up a dialog with them but it went quiet after a while. I left a sort of nasty review here. Frankie's saw my comment, took ownership of the issue and refunded my money for the book. I would have liked the book but I'll take the refund. Because they offered the refund without me asking for it, which is rare in this industry, I've upgraded my score from a 1 to a 3, which I personally deem as being a neutral score seeing that there was no harm, no foul but a year of lost time.

GBI order a lot or did order from here a… I order a lot or did order from here a lot but it seems I have to contact them bout my orders before they ship them. Two of my last orders were delayed due to not issues supposedly not shown up. So they ship the half fulfilled order that’s already been paid for. So kinda fell like it’s a gamble. I have few more orders yet to be fulfilled so I hope those go better

GBOne of my favorite online Comic Stores Two years ago, after having a falling out with one of my local comic shops, I started ordering from Frankie's and have never had a problem. Shipping is always secure and timely. They seem to really care about their customers and even offer free shipping and early access to Facebook group members. Big fan of this shop and hopefully I can see it in person one day.

GBWorst online comic shop, learn to ship faster Worst online comic shop. Why have a exclusive for presale and state on the website it will ship in a certain month, went you don’t ship the books till months later. False advertisement is what’s it’s called. But yet I can buy through their whatnot and they speed up the shipping. Why not take care of your website customers first than put us on the back burner. Having the same email response is lame stating you are understaff and etc. it’s not that hard to package books in a timely manner. So many of the others shops do. Say off whatnot and finish your shipping instead focusing on that . Common sense.
