GBGood deals time to time but lot of delays on shipment They offer great deals time to time. Great customer service. I would love to give 5 stars but the fact that their shipping department got hit with Covid has delayed a lot of shipments. I have been waiting months for some of my orders of books that has been out for quite some time now. I’m hesitant to order from them until they can get back their full staff in shipping department.

GBOnly ever have good experiences Only ever have good experiences with frankie's comics. Books are sent out in a timely manner and always well packaged. The few times I had to reach out to customer service they were always quick to answer a question or fix an issue!

GBGreat Comic Shop Frankie’s has always been a great place to order comics from because I can use Klarna. It’s one of the only shop that offers this way to buy. Getting them in the mail can take a awhile but I’ve always received what I ordered.

GBWorst online comic shop, learn to ship faster Worst online comic shop. Why have a exclusive for presale and state on the website it will ship in a certain month, went you don’t ship the books till months later. False advertisement is what’s it’s called. But yet I can buy through their whatnot and they speed up the shipping. Why not take care of your website customers first than put us on the back burner. Having the same email response is lame stating you are understaff and etc. it’s not that hard to package books in a timely manner. So many of the others shops do. Say off whatnot and finish your shipping instead focusing on that . Common sense.

GBDidn't get what I paid for Purchased items during a sale, everything advertised as being in stock (no pre-order). I got most of my order, but Mandalorian # 1 virgin and trade covers they did not have (according to them when I emailed on the status, it was a shared exclusive and they hadn't received their copies yet) Months pass, still nothing. I had to ask for a refund 3 times, which I received on most BUT one of the copies was free (due to sale) so by rights if I don't get the copies I ordered (and had to buy enough to qualify) I should at least get a book of equal value (credit) right? NOPE......and now they won't reply to my messages. Oh....icing on the cake......THEY FILED BANKRUPCY (which explains a bit) SO BEWARE IF YOU ARE ORDERING ANYTHING-ESPECIALLY PRE-ORDER ITEMS!
